Wow, an affordable home in Russafa, they still exist. Very very few, but we can still dig out the odd one for you.

This one is in Russafa, but in that part that is becoming Gran Via, a nice quiet part of the city centre, close to the centre, the riverbed and lots of public transport. Not that you’ll have to travel far for most things, this is a lovely neighbourhood, with less tourists and more locals than other parts of Russafa.

A two bedroom apartment, but to be honest if large bedrooms are on your ‘must-have’ list, then this is not the place for you. A modest size double bedroom, and a single bedroom, both of which are interior, so nice and quiet. Two full bathrooms (one with bath, the other shower) and a large living area which even has a Juliet balcony onto the street so you can keep an eye on the comings and goings.

In addition there is a private storage room on the roof, and a bicycle storage room on the ground floor. If you are looking for a fully renovated apartment in one of the best areas of Valencia city, and you haven’t got 700.000 as a lot of places seem to start at these days, then this is the one.
