Renovated Patraix Apartment

You wouldn’t know it to look at it now, but once upon a time the neighbourhood of Patraix was almost completely isolated from Valencia. The Favara canal, farmland and the Valencia-Utiel train line completely surrounding it leaving the only access in and out through Cuenca street. But in the 60’s that all changed as the city started expanding and property demand led to the farmland being urbanised. Nowadays you are a 15 minute stroll from the city centre and the Patriax neighbourhood is a hustling bustling hotchpotch of locals, immigrants (ex-pats if you’re fancy), young families, older lifelong residents and everything in between.

One of the major hubs in the area is the Plaza de Patraix which you have right on your doorstep with todays property. A 5th floor renovation so new it isn’t even finished yet hence the renders below rather than actual photos.
