Because yes, this would be an excellent place to move right into but for some of our clients they are quite happy buying a place now to move into later because their timings permit, schools for the kids, retirement, quiet quitting at work takes time etc...

This first floor apartment with lift is in La Zaidia area of Valencia. Just a short stroll from the Nuevo Centro shopping centre and the huge Valencia riverbed park, it's well located and an excellent option as it includes a garage and storage space too.
