The worst case scenario here is that the tenants stay until the end of their rental contract in December 2026 paying you 800 Euros per month but they are actively looking to buy a place at the moment and may be gone well before then.

The best case scenario is that you get a large apartment with 5 bedrooms, four of which are doubles, two bathrooms, an excellent living room, kitchen and glassed-in terrace sooner and you can begin to enjoy life in Valencia sooner. Because yes, this would be an excellent place to move right into but for some of our clients they are quite happy buying a place now to move into later because their timings permit, schools for the kids, retirement, quiet quitting at work takes time etc...

This first floor apartment with lift is in La Zaidia area of Valencia. Just a short stroll from the Nuevo Centro shopping centre and the huge Valencia riverbed park, it's well located and an excellent option as it includes a garage and storage space too. The downside is that we don't know when the tenants will find their ideal place. We are going to help them find it if we can.
