Arrancapins is one of the most popular neighbourhoods in Valencia with both locals and foreigners, young and old. The accessibility to the city centre, direct metro line to the airport and family friendly atmosphere make it one of the most coveted areas to live in. Plazas, terrazas and parks abound, and you will find yourself spending as much if not more time out and about as you will within the confines of your home.
This apartment is located on a very quiet street just a 100m from the Abastos market (not a market anymore but a mix of swimming pools, gym, police station and a school), and while it is perfectly equipped so as to move in straight away, my own personal opinion is that it could do with some improvements. Of course, I have my own ideas for how to best take advantage of this space, which I will happily impart to you when we visit (spoiler: a sledgehammer is heavily involved). Only a 1st floor but you are not above a bar, this street is exceptionally quiet, and you have some really pretty facades to look out at means and you also get a good-sized interior patio with access from the master bedroom.
There was another very similar apartment listed recently on this very street, a 1st floor with a similar layout but it had already undergone a full renovation. This sold for over €500,000 and my guess would be that if you decided to go for a full renovation here, you’re spending will be somewhere around that mark. The difference being that you get to choose how the apartment will look , our
in-house design and remodels team will be happy to steer you in the right direction.
