Yes, you’re probably thinking WOW! That looks interesting and you might also be thinking WOW! Valencia is getting expensive nowadays, and i’m inclined to agree, but i guarantee if you’re on the lookout for the Golden Visa and it has to be in the Gran Via you wont find better than this, and like everything else we’ve sold in the last 12 months, it will look like good value by the time you’ve offered, paid deposit, signed the purchase, agreed on a project, renovated the place and moved in, which could take time because the builders, like everyone else right now, are extremely busy.

It’s a pocket listing so you are the one of the very few to even see the quickly taken photos, the owner does not want the place plastered all over the internet, theres a lot of junk/personal items/ family photos,(a load of shit basically) but i’m sure you can see past that and appreciate the nice facade, high ceilings, mosaic floors and excellent location on Calle Burriana.
