Over the last few months we have written a lot. Guides, checklists, cost breakdowns, neighbourhood overviews, and FAQ documents that started small and grew into something considerably bigger. Most were produced because clients kept asking us simlar questions and at some point it made more sense to write a proper answer and put it into a guide than to repeat ourselves indefinitely.
The problem of course, is that useful documents are only useful if people know they exist. Even in our internal Whatsapp group the questions keep coming up "Have we got anything about..." So this is that post, the one where you can find everything (Or almost everything) grouped together onto one page we can refer people to and also refer to ourselves. Everything we have published recently, grouped by where you are in the process of moving to Valencia with a link to each PDF from where you can either read it online or download it for later for reference.

If You Are Still Deciding Whether Valencia Is Right For You
This is the research phase when perhaps you are still not ready to call anyone. After all at this point you don't know us and what we can do for you. You might want numbers, comparisons and enough context to know whether a move to Valencia is worth pursuing. These four publications give you that starting point.
Spain and Affordability looks at the cost of buying and living in Spain relative to northern Europe and North America. It is not a sales document. It makes the case where the case can be made, and it does not oversell it.
Valencia Cost of Living 2026 is where we get into the specifics of how much it costs to live here right now. Utilities, food, transport, healthcare, eating out... the works. We have investigated to put the real numbers here not just estimates designed to make Valencia look cheaper than it is. We get up to date data from Numbeo for this each year so it's a regular feature of the blog.
The Complete Guide to Buying Property in Valencia 2026 is the longest document we have produced. It covers NIE numbers, mortgages, the reservation process, notary, taxes and post-completion admin tasks in seven parts, drawing on current 2026 market data including updated pricing, the June ITP tax reduction and the post-Golden Visa landscape. It is thorough because there's lots you need to know about.
A Full Guide to Valencia's Neighbourhoods This one covers the main neighbourhoods within Valencia city in detail, with a brief introduction to a handful of the most popular suburbs. It is not a comprehensive suburb guide and that is something we are working on separately and will be added here when done but you can find on the blog (Take a look at this page for that). However, if you are trying to get your head around the city itself, which areas suit which type of buyer, and where things actually are, this is the place to start.
Valencia Property Comprehensive FAQ is exactly what it sounds like. Years and years of client questions answered in one place. If you have a question at this stage there is a reasonable chance it is already in here and of course if it isn't then feel free to contact us with your questions.
If You Have Already Decided and Want to Understand the Buying Process
At this point you are past the "maybe" stage. Now you want to know how it actually works. These publications cover the process from start to finish, how we operate and what to expect once you engage us.
How to Work With Valencia Property explains our process specifically, what we do, what we do not do, and what working with a buyer's agent in Valencia actually means in practice.
Valencia Property Client Information Pack is what new clients receive when they engage us. It covers similar territory to the document above but in more operational detail.
Valencia Property Services 2026-27 sets out what we offer across all three arms of the group, covering property search through Valencia Property, renovation management via Valencia Remodels and medium-term rentals with Stepping Stone Rentals, so if you want the whole picture in one document this is the one to read.
Valencia Relocation Checklist is a practical checklist covering what needs doing and roughly in what order. You may think that it's perhaps less important than the property search but it isn't and for most people it turns out there may be a part that catches them off guard because each stage requires you to get things ready. By that I mean really ready. Are you at that stage yet? Are you really ready? You can find out what you still may need to look out for with the checklist.
If You Are Thinking of Selling
A shorter section for those trading up, trading down or moving on. We are known as buyer's agents of course but we also have an excellent record of selling properties we are offered on the international market. The two documents here cover the main things sellers want and need to know before deciding anything.
Valencia Property Selling Costs Guide 2026 covers what selling a property in Valencia actually costs, including taxes, agent fees, legal costs and currency considerations. If you are doing mental arithmetic on what you will net from a sale, this is worth reading before you go any further and click through to the article referenced to work it out for yourself.
Why Sell With Valencia Property makes the case for using Valencia Property specifically and we will let it just do that itself because it makes the case well.
If You Need Somewhere to Stay First
Not everyone is ready to buy on arrival. Plenty of clients rent first, find their bearings and then buy. Stepping Stone Rentals, our furnished medium-term rental arm, exists for exactly this situation. For full SSR information including availability and rates, the place to go is steppingstonerentals.com.
The SSR Client Information Pack covers how SSR works, what is included in the rentals, and what to expect as a tenant. We have other Stepping Stone Guides too for owners but that's to find over on the SSR site.
And If You Would Rather Hear It From Clients
Valencia Property Reviews is a collection with our client feedback. We didn't write it, our clients did. As you'll see they didn't hold back in the glowing reviews. We like that. If you want to join them as "happy campers" then get in touch. How? See the next section.
Where to Start
If you are early in the process and want one place to begin, the "Comprehensive FAQ" and the "How to Work With Valencia Property" are the most useful combination and between them they answer most of what people ask us in the first few conversations.
When you are ready to talk, fill in our requirements form here and we will take it from there. Let's work together.
Property of the Week

Frequent flyers to the website might remember a similar title and listing that we have now sold, so back to El Carmen we go for the other Penthouse in the very same building, recently reduced in price with a bigger living space, a much bigger L Shaped Terrace on the corner of the building for light and views on all sides and we can even vouch for the neighbours now.
Four Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms, Large Kitchen and Living Space with a very agreeable distribution and flow with the easiest and most obvious renovation we have seen for a while. The team at Valencia Remodels have already taken a look at this, so we know exactly what is possible, and we have a ballpark figure for remodelling but that all depends on your requirements, tastes and choices.
A property that proves there are still a couple of great places out there, even if you do have to wade through a lot of overpriced stuff to find them. Still, not your problem, that’s what we’re here for.
So if Central Valencia with all amenities to hand, Transport Links, Old Town Location, a short walk to the Turia Gardens and LARGE TERRACE are on your wish list you really need to come and see this one.
Stepping Stone Rental of the Week

Tucked away between Guillem de Castro and the vibrant El Carmen district, this beautifully refurbished apartment is a real find. Designed with a single occupant or a couple in mind, the space has been carefully laid out to make it both practical and comfortable.
There is a main bedroom with a large double bed, along with a second room that works well as a home office or can be adapted to create an additional double bedroom when needed. As a corner apartment, it benefits from plenty of natural light and good airflow throughout, which helps keep it comfortable in the warmer months. There are also two air conditioning units in place for extra cooling when temperatures rise.
The private terrace offers a view of the Torres de Quart and has been set up as a relaxed outdoor space with seating and a dining area, making it ideal for unwinding or entertaining. Overall, it is a well-balanced home in a sought-after part of the city, combining character, functionality and a great location.
** Please note, this apartment does not have a lift, but look on the bright side - you can kill two birds with one stone and cancel your gym membership!

Now Reduced in Price

This is the 2500th property we have listed on our website, and I'm delighted that it is something worthy of the occasion. Now rzeduced to 597K.
A 3 bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse with a large wide roof terrace. Dining table, 4 chairs and a barbecue kind of wide. Facing east and south with floor to ceiling glass doors covering one wall of the living area, this is the definition of a bright airy apartment.
It is in the Petxina area of the city. 15 mins walk from the central market, 8 from the riverbed and 6 from the metro (airport line).
The renovation has been just completed, and the property is sold as seen. All appliances brand new, similarly the furniture and the best of quality materials used. Central heating and air-con. A large building, it even has 3 lifts so you will never have to set foot on the stairs!
The price at the top I have to put in as that's the advertised price, but i can give you some insider information and tell you that something in the region of 560-580 will be enough. At that price, it is a proper bargain. The renovator wants the capital to move on to a new project, and is keen to do a deal.
Call us immediately, we love this apartment, and would be delighted if it was one of our clients who is the one who gets to enjoy it.
