Really pretty and feelgood property just outside Lliria town. In fact despite being in the countryside, the metro station is only a 20 minute walk away, and a very nice walk it is too, along country paths. The road to the house is in perfect condition and in a couple of minutes you can be on the CV-35, and Valencia city is 25 minutes in total. Internet via fibre optic cable, so just to break that down for you, if you don’t mind driving another ten minutes past L’Eliana and La Cañada, you get a property for less than half the price of one there and don't have to sacrifice any of the comforts.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one of those a master. Originally it had the traditional Valencian layout of a country house, 2 separate living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs connected by an external stair. Since then however an internal stair has been put in, along with a nice extension to make the house that bit bigger. So, there are 2 living areas really, one downstairs along with kitchen and bathroom, and another space upstairs with the bedrooms. Both areas have working fireplaces and also air-conditioning. These AC units also heat of course but you can't beat the ambiance of a real fire.

The outside area is low maintenance, so if you’re not here all year round you won’t come back to a jungle every time. Similarly, if you can’t manage or just don’t fancy all the gardening that comes with a plot this size. If you do of course, then borders and raised beds can go a long way to greening an outdoor space, or dig out some areas and throw down topsoil. There is a good sized swimming pool, raised to catch the cooling breeze and to take advantage of the views of the surrounding hills. There is a big storage space under the pool.

Around the back of the house is a secluded terraced eating area. It has a summer kitchen including paellero and a paved patio for chairs and a table. In addition there is a door from here directly to the dining room, so you can decide if you’re eating inside or out at the last minute. This property has a really pleasant feel to it, and has been amazingly well maintained, absolutely nothing will need to be done when you move in. For year round living or for holiday stays and some rental income in between, this house will work for a lot of people.
