This is a pretty standard terraced house just outside Naquera but you shouldn't ignore it just because it lacks a bit of character. Who wants a character that can't be relied on when the going gets tough. Solid, dependability is what we sometimes all need in life and this place has that in spades. So without further ado let's get onto a, shall we say, pretty boring description for a change.

It's a terraced house in a gated community with a communal pool. Built in 2006 in the Mont-Ros residential area, this property is part of a private complex shared between only thirteen neighbours with a communal area featuring a swimming pool, barbecue, and children's playground.

It offers you a private parking space at the front, but you can get two vehicles and a bike in there at a shove. It also has a 45 m² garden or terrace to the rear and if that's enough for you in terms of grass or paving stones to look after then all's good.

The house has two floors. The ground floor has a living-dining room, a separate kitchen, and a guest toilet. Simple. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms (the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom). Viewing highly recommended because the whole adds up to more than the parts. Well located and decently priced in today's market.

Naquera itself is not at all boring especially for those of you who like a bit of outdoor sports. Nearby you have trail walking and biking, rock climbing and horse riding and of course you are just 20 minutes from the beach and 25 mins into Valencia.
