A first floor apartment in Mislata giving you that longed for element, outside space at a reasonable price, in fact a perfect starter home for someone who wants something they can walk straight into and live in but at the same time it gives you the opportunity to change the layout and make it even better.

Currently there are four bedrooms, three singles and a main double. Personally I'd change this to three by simply filling in a door and tearing down an interior wall, voila you have two doubles and a single. You also get a large living dining room and semi-open plan kitchen both leading out onto the 12m2 terrace and 3m2 storage shed. You could lose the storage shed and make the terrace bigger but I think the storage is useful especially if you have a bike.

However bear in mind this is the first floor with no lift so you'll have to take that bike up the stairs which are quite narrow. The apartment is on the main road leading into Mislata from Valencia so you have excellent double glazed windows to the front where the main bedroom is along with the single room, the living area is to the rear and a totally calm and quiet area perfect for city life but a lot more tranquilo.

The property can be bought mostly furnished as is, so take a good look at the furnishings and see if this might float your boat for a starter flat in Valencia. It's well communicated, near the Cabecera and Turia parks and in an excellent area on the edge of Valencia just fifteen minutes from the centre by the excellent public transport. You can also ride your bike there in the same time.
