Neighbours
everybody needs good neighbours
Just a friendly wave each morning
helps to make a better day
Neighbours
need to get to know each other
Next door is only a footstep away
Very true, and passionate words. Even if I was always more of a Home and Away fan myself for 3 reasons (Angel, Shannon and Sophie obviously), neighbours are important. And what better way to get to know your neighbours, than by getting a little closer to them?
Closer as in a semi-detached house perhaps? Like this one in Maravisa. These places are on smaller plots compared to independent houses of course, but still room for a private pool and small garden, and they also tend to be newer builds (this one is 2001). Maravisa is just across the motorway from L’Eliana, only a few minutes from the town centre, and easy access to international schools and the city itself.
Inside there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large garage, big living area, separate kitchen (but easily opened out to the living room), there’s a terrace off the kitchen, a second terrace on the first floor and even a barbecue area in the garden.
So you really wouldn’t be missing out on anything by choosing this type of property. Just a bit less grass to cut, and a little bit cosier up against the neighbours. If you can see the attraction, it means quite a difference in price compared to other stand-alone independent homes, and something well worth considering.
That's when good neighbours become good friends.
Please note that the asking price does not include transaction costs. Statutory taxes, notary fees, registry charges, and agency fees typically equate to an additional 15% above the purchase price.
