Puzol

Puzol is a place that has international schools, a casino and extremely expensive luxury real estate. It lies to the north of Valencia near the beach.

The luxury property you can find on the gated estates of Monasterios, Alfinach and Monte Picayo, where the Casino lies too. The town itself is a mishmash of new townhouses and older style flats around an old town of narrow cobbled streets.

Puzol property is popular because it is very well communicated with Valencia, around 15 minutes to the centre by train or car and it offers a high quality of life with good schools for children.

But, you know if security posts and road barriers are your thing...

This particular property built in 2007 was designed to be a minimalist joy. There are four bedrooms, four bathrooms, large living room and huge kitchen all set around a luminous interior patio and terrace areas...
