Will Peter Lim sell the club and shag off back to Singapore? (Nope)
Will Valencia's players be inspired at the thought of playing in this new Cathedral to football and pull their finger out and escape relegation? (doubtful)

So why am i telling you? Because this apartment is located in a great part of town, 5 minutes from the riverbed and less to the metro station (direct to airport). Even the city centre is an easy walk, and you are on the right side of town for the beach, quick spin in the metro will get you there. In fact the only negative about living here are the matchday crowds, as the current stadium is just around the corner. They come and go quickly, but it can be a bit noisy (the massive groans and cries of frustration echoing around the neighbourhood).

However that will all be a thing of the past very soon. This apartment is large but only 2 bedrooms, so you really feel the space. Open kitchen, 2 bathrooms, little balcony onto the street, its a really well done place. Completely renovated 15 years ago, nothing to be done except perhaps update the decor a bit.

So get in touch with us as soon as possible. Even if it takes another couple of years to complete the stadium move, I wouldn't worry. Second division crowds next season will be a lot smaller, you'll hardly notice.
