Book A Video Call With Valencia Property

One of the most useful things we do to start the journey towards buying a property in Valencia is to have an initial conversation to fully understand your situation and to be able to tell you whether that situation matches what is available in and around Valencia. You might want to call this "The dose of realism". We usually do this after you fill in the form on our website which is our normal first step to buying property in Valencia but we often start with a phone or video call.

One problem that keeps cropping up though is the fact that getting a time and date for your initial call is difficult as we are very busy, as you would expect. When we are with clients we give them our concentration just like you would also expect us to do with you. Therefore, just ringing us using the Whatsapp button on the site usually goes to answerphone as we are generally with people or on calls. Also, the difference in time zones often leads to confusion. Yes, we get phone calls at 3 o'clock in the morning (which is why my phone never rings, the sound is always off). To simplify this we have decided to put in place a system for you to mail us with a request to set up a video call. All you need to do is to click on the image below and it will open a mail link. In the mail just tell us when you want the call and one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Some people prefer a chat with one of us before sending the information in the form to get an idea of what might work and also to understand maybe what to write.

When you are writing the mail, let us know not only the times and dates that may work for you but also what you want to talk about so we can prepare our chat. The pre-filled area in the mail says we are available from 4-7pm Spanish time but exceptionally, if those times don't work for you, then we can arrange other times, we just need some notice in order to arrange it.

The First Week Of September

Back from holiday, we came off from the long summer break with a bang. Four notary signings in the week: a house in Godelleta, a penthouse in Valencia, a new build in Denia and a city apartment ripe for a modernisation which was started the day after the signing. Preparedness is everything you see.

This week, we have another couple of signings and plenty of clients around looking at potential homes for them in and around Valencia and each week after that is looking similar. Make sure to get your call booked, or even just fill in the form below and we can start by looking at what you want.

To List or Not To List - We Listed

We also got listing. Last week's blog talked about listing, "To List or Not to List" so this week we got listing. Take a look at the homepage to see the latest listings but here are just a few properties added last week.

A Palace in the Valencian Hills

What does just north of a million euros buy you these days? Let’s have a look

Dublin - A 4-bedroom semi-detached or detached home in well-established residential areas, just 15 minutes drive to the nearest public transport link and not a long way to Tipperary (closer than the city centre in fact)

London - a house in Cockfosters, or maybe a terrace in Pratt’s Bottom, a semi on Helmet Row, a pad on Cumming Street? Nothing funny about that, stop smirking

New York - a one bed in Manhattan or a 2 bed in Queens and Brooklyn, but these might come with a doorman for witty repartee and crucial clues to help solve murder mysteries if TV hasn’t been lying to me all these years

Or…. a castle style palace just outside Valencia? This is in Naquera, where once upon a time those who could afford it built summer villas in hills. Cooler nights than the city and refreshing sea breezes. 30 kms from the city and 15 from the beach. This Naquera Palace is just a 5 minute walk from the town centre. (Click on the link or the image for the full description)

A Lovely Life in L'Eliana

For half the price of the palace, here's something a bit simpler but equally attractive in lifestyle terms. If you are looking to relocate to Valencia with family but need plenty of space with garden and pool we guarantee L'Eliana will be a good place to start your search and maybe possibly (and quite likely) your best option.

This bright detached villa just a short walk to the pretty town of L’Eliana, with proximity to a number of schools, shops, restaurants, cafes and all the services necessary for a busy family’s schedule. An unbeatable area to establish a permanent residence and enjoy tranquility without sacrificing convenience.

Third Floor Walk Up Central Valencia Apartment

And for less than half the price of the L'Eliana house an apartment in central Valencia. Yes, it's a project and the terrace is shared (So it's underused) but what a location!

A top floor Valencia city apartment in the heart of the city with tons of potential, whether you want to grab a Pied-á-Terre or invest for ROI, location is key and here you have the Estacion del Nord, Bull Ring, Town Hall Plaza, Calle Colon, Ciutat Vella and Ruzafa all within 500 Metres. Now thats what I call central.

Three Bedrooms, One Bathroom, Independent Kitchen, Living Space and access to the Roof Terrace, easy enough to spruce up and make your own without breaking the bank, please note that it’s a Third Floor Walk Up, but nowadays heart health is big business and you probably need to get the steps in after the Holidays.

Stepping Stone Rental of the Week

Welcome to this spacious, comfortable, and incredibly practical home, especially if you're arriving in Valencia with your family and more than a few suitcases. So far the record has been 7 large suitcases for 1 person. Can you top that?

Stepping Stone Rentals is excited to present this generous 3-bedroom apartment, featuring one master bedroom, two additional bedrooms with three single beds in total, one full bathroom, and a separate WC. Every bedroom offers plenty of built-in storage, giving everyone their own space to settle in and feel at home.

The apartment has a warm, cosy feel, and the balcony overlooks a pleasant green park—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding after a busy day.

One of its biggest advantages is the location. Everything you need is literally on your doorstep, making day-to-day life wonderfully convenient. Within just a few minutes' walk you'll find popular grocery store Mercadona, cafés, a greengrocer, pharmacy, health centre, schools, bike lanes, bus stops, the local train station that rolls straight into the city centre, the great Cabanyal Market, and one of the area's favourite ice cream parlours, Artesana. It's like having a small town right outside your front door.

And when you're ready to swap the park for the sea? Valencia's delightful sandy beach is less than 20 minutes walk away.

Simple, comfortable, practical, and ready to become your next home, at least for a few months.
