The Full (Downloadable) Guide To Valencia's Districts

We have written on these pages before about Valencia's Districts and we consistently point people towards these articles when they are looking to investigate the areas with a view to moving to Valencia as it's best to know what to expect in each area. However, there was an issue. The articles were written some time ago and people had trouble finding them... even we had trouble finding them at times because we produce so much content here at Valencia Property. A lot of our clients found the guides really useful and suggested we should wrap all of the articles into one. We went a step further and put all of the information into a downloadable PDF.

This follows hard on the heels of our two client handbooks for Valencia Property and Stepping Stone Rental clients that we published in the last couple of weeks. We are going to continue to produce more downloadable guides for you to enjoy and you will be able to download them all on our publications page which we will link to once fully finished. For now each publication will be linked in the menu bar at the top of the blog.

This latest guide to neighbourhoods can be read here or you can just download it below.

However, we have taken out the images so below we have included the original links to each article in case you want to see what these places look like, what attractions and facilities you can find there and where they lie on the map of Valencia. You can also explore related content and more on these pages.

Fallas Holidays

The Fallas holidays fall well this year for people living in Valencia, especially school teachers as they generally get a whole week away from the kids... (some schools are working on Friday the 20th but many are staying closed) The official Fallas holidays are the 15th-19th of March, meaning Sunday through to Thursday night. Therefore almost everyone is getting one of those famous Spanish bridges to the weekend meaning Friday the 20th is taken as a holiday too. This means that for many Valencians the last day of work is Friday the 13th of March (Lucky for them) and they'll return to work on the 23rd of March. Then we have to wait a whole week and a half until the next holidays for Easter.

(We wrote the above article last year about the fiestas)

Here at Valencia Property we use the Fallas holidays to escape. We have explained before in these pages that it's impossible to get things done during Fallas as road closures, loud explosions and the fleeing of the city by thousands of people mean that everyday life is disrupted hugely. We like that! So if you get in touch with us on the 13th or 14th saying "We are here now and want to see a load of houses" Our response will be "Sorry we are closed but make sure to enjoy Fallas".

Stepping Stone Rental of the Week

Stepping Stone Rentals presents Luscious Boxwood Fields where comfort is elevated to a whole new level.

Set on charming La Seu Street, directly across from the lush Turia park, this exceptional home blends historic character with a fun splash of hip design in a way that feels both nostalgic to the olden days and effortlessly livable with a modern touch. It’s our second property on this street — and for good reason. The location is simply unbeatable.

Like all Stepping Stone Rentals homes, Luscious Boxwood Fields is completely ready from day one. Utilities, high-speed internet, and appliances are all included — so you can focus on settling into your new rhythm, working remotely with ease, and enjoying Valencia without distraction.

Step out onto the balconies and you’ll see the Turia park stretching out before you — your daily invitation to walk, cycle, or simply breathe. From here, most of Valencia’s historic center is at your feet, making it easy to live beautifully and move effortlessly through the city.

Pets: Dogs may be considered depending on breed and size. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted.

Valencia Property of the Week

Such an interesting property. On the face of it, not a huge house. The main part of the house, the ground floor, has 4 bedrooms and one bathroom, but a small bit of work would easily change this to a 3 and 2 if that was your preference. In excellent condition, large living area and a separate comfortable kitchen.

It’s in the Entrepinos area of L’Eliana, on the city side so easy in and out along the motorway, and the metro station is only 15 minutes’ walk away. Its also close to the La Vallesa green space, a large expanse of walking and biking trails that includes the Turia river valley. That can take you further out into the countryside, or if you follow it towards the city, you will find it becomes the riverbed park that runs right through the city centre.

Ok, so far so good, but now the interesting bits start... (Read more here)

Huge Townhouse in Rocafort

A Cheesy description for a place in Rocafort (Not to be confused with Roquefort)

Here’s a delightful home in one of my favourite towns, held in very high esteem by the locals for day to day living and commutes, summer homes and the family mansions. It also has a burgeoning foreign population thanks to it’s proximity to international schools and the city, so well connected, well heeled and very well to do, but before you ask it’s not where the cheese comes from, which is a great shame and makes me Bleu.

This grate property is as Gouda as it gets if you’re Caerphilly considering a place to Brie for you and your family, this large home provides plenty of options and the possibility of dividing into several units if you have enough Cheddar, set on a corner with clear views to a Park and Playground so you can meet the neighbours and not get Provolonely or take a short walk to the Metro Stop that brings you to Valencia in 20 minutes.

Ten Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms, generous Living Areas and Nooks and spaces on a tasty wedge of M2 with Interior Patio for Soirees and Shade set on a corner in the centre of the village. We are very Fondue of this place.

Anyway, thats enough of the cheesy description, Get in touch, Comte take a look.
