Then head back to your peaceful pad overlooking the park, kick off your shoes, and congratulate yourself on finding the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. Don’t miss the classical piano—a lovely bonus for music lovers or curious beginners.

Villa of the Week. L'Eliana 895k

Great corner house in a tranquil urbanisation on the Ribarroja side of L’Eliana, overlooking a playground and a garden area. This is a very impressive property, large and spacious and of a high quality.

On the edge of the urbanisation, the Turia river park is only 5 minutes walk from this house, and just across the playground is the bus stop to take you into L’Eliana town and metro connection to the city.

Space and light is the theme throughout, on the ground floor a large living area connects with the kitchen and there is natural light everywhere. The kitchen is beautiful, with a central island and top quality finishes. On the same floor is a toilet and a room that could be an office or a study.

Upstairs the master bedroom offers an en suite bathroom and dressing room, along with three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Needless to say, the house is in fantastic condition, built a little over twenty years ago, and has already been renovated and modernised, for example solar panels have been installed.

Downstairs there is a garage with plenty of space for a couple of cars and there is also a very large living space, perhaps for guests, with bedroom, living room, kitchen, and full bathroom, providing complete independence. Good for the guests, good for you!

Equally, the exterior of the house is just as classy. A great pool, a summer kitchen with paellero and enough garden to give a shaded corner and a few splashes of green but not enough to be a headache to maintain.

Really there is only one immediate neighbour to worry about, and they are amazing. You’ll just have to take my word for that, but let’s just say this wouldn’t be the first house we’ve sold on this street, this part of L’Eliana/Ribarroja has always been very popular for our clients.
