Which Spanish Property Would You Buy?

There are seven clients visiting to buy Valencia Property in seven days at the moment. The strange thing is that three of them have chosen to see exactly the same houses. Therefore in order to give them the benefit of your experience, which of the following Spanish properties for sale would you choose and why? Remember they are different prices and differing styles but each one has its own things to recommend it. They all share one aspect though, a slightly raised position giving really nice views over the countryside for those days when you are sitting on your terrace sipping Sangria and luxuriating in the Spanish sun (or shade). Why is this a green house? Well it runs off the best solar/wind power combination I have ever seen and has a silent backup generator, not so green, in case of no wind or sun, unlikely in Spain. Lovely property just outside Montserrat in Valencia. The huge bonus of this house is that it has the fastest internet of any house we have ever sold at 24 megs download!. (The new local wifi franchise hasn't got many clients yet!) This superbly put together property sits around 3km outside Montroy surrounded by orange groves over which the house has views towards the town of Montroy itself. So three choices each with their own advantages and I suppose disadvantages that are competing against each other for a sale. Let's hope that each client likes a different one and all three get sold.
