Mind The Gap - Another Busy Week

The week may be a bit quiet on the site as again. Just like last week, I have a huge glut of clients. Therefore not much time to put many posts on here giving you the new properties that have been added to the site. Added into this working with "A Place In The Sun", clients coming over and having to get them the NIE numbers in the new system and a few more media appearances being possible it looks like this week will be a tad busy. So just to let you know over the weekend I placed a couple of new properties onto the site that are very different to each other. An excellent house in Calicanto with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, pool and garden, near to a good school and just fifteen minutes from the airport and twenty from Valencia. There was also an excellent economical flat in Valencia near to the market at Patraix in an area with plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and priced at 105000 Euros. The flat is decorated with style and offers three bedrooms, bathroom, living room/kitchen and dining area and hall. There is also a communal roof terrace just above for outside space. Well worth a look at this price. If you add to this a price reduction and finally the ability to access this attic flat in Valencia, a new price of 245000 Euros then you could say that it has been a good weekend for property going up onto the site. However I apologise in advance if I fail to update the site this week as it is going to be a bit hectic and I may have to be in three places at once at times.
