Autumn Has Arrived in Valencia

Temperatures have stayed high in Spain until the last few days. The summer took time to warm up but stayed a long time this year. For the first time last night in a long time I heard the soothing sound of rain on the roof as I drifted off to sleep. So what does this mean for anyone coming to look for a property for sale in Valencia? Well I will probably be walking round in my coat with gloves and scarf on while you wear open sandals and shorts. It is just that I have acclimatised over the years whereas you as a visitor think that the sun is scorchio and cracking the tiles. When I shake your hand mine will feel cold. I will get my coffee really hot. However you must remember one thing. It is probably still around 20 degrees or more most days. I am totally nesh ("Feel the cold" in Northern English dialect) For you it will feel lovely and warm.
