I have just spent a couple of days updating the website with new properties for sale in Valencia, not new build just new for the site. The reason was simple even if you don't believe it, so many properties have been sold recently that the Valencia Property site was looking a little bare.
I went out and took photos of places that I had identified as being interesting for the type of clients that we see coming over and similar to those that have already been sold recently. I have also got a lot of photos to take in Valencia next week of flats and attics, as attic flats in Valencia are currently our most in demand properties right through the price ranges. (However finding them is like finding a needle in a haystack!)
So what can you see that is new on the Valencia Property website?
Firstly, we have a couple of properties in Olocau as you will have seen from the post about Rooftops yesterday. One is a townhouse and one is actually two houses on a plot of 1880m2. Check them out on our Olocau Property for sale page.
Next we have a couple of properties for sale and rent in Lliria. One is a rental and the other a really deceptive house as it is amazingly large compared with what it looks like from the outside. The rental property in Lliria is 700 Euros and the property for sale in Lliria is actually near Domeño, a lovely little white village.
We have a couple of houses for sale in Montroy and Montserrat. The first one is a villa for sale in Montroy which is really lovely. The second is a villa for sale in Montserrat with excellent views over the local orange fields.
Finally I have been in the city a lot and most of the photos will be coming next week as I have appointments to take photos. However I did manage to see this one and take photos. An attic flat in Valencia overlooking the City of Arts and Sciences.
