Over the last few weeks I have been showing lots of Valencia Property to clients and getting a variety of reactions. Some people want a key ready property where no work is needed at all. Some want a place that needs a bit of work and some even want a place where you need to do everything. However this is all to be expected. Everyone has different requirements of course. [gallery link="file" columns="2"] What I would like to know is what you want as a potential buyer of property in Valencia. How many bedrooms do you want? What is a non negotiable for you? Where should it be? Does it need to have public transport nearby? Do you want the city or tranquility? Do you need to be near the sea? Lots of questions of course and maybe not all apply to you. Let's face it some of these would negate the others. However I would be interested to know. And where do I want you to tell me? Well you could put it in the comments here.
