Sterling has started rising and this has piqued the interest of those who were waiting to come to Spain. Enquiries are up, visits are up and prices are steadying i.e, in certain areas we are reaching the bottom of the market. Some of you reading this will have already made the move and others be on the point or it is some indeterminate time in the future.
