Today I took some clients to see a castle from close quarters. The house next door. They were assured that the castle has good foundations because it overlooks the house they were going to see in a looming way. Anyway, the house they went to see, along with two others you can see linked at the bottom of this post is rather excellently presented. You can see all 31 photos here, by the way I left the blue tinge on to start with because I forgot to turn off the indoor setting on the camera.
The house has four bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and large living room all beautifully presented. Outside there are 1700m2 of plot with stunning views 270º around and a castle on the other side.
The plot has a great swimming pool with filter and steps, a barbecue area, garage with nice storage room and workroom and even a place for the dogs to go. At the back there is a terrace and converted paellero which is now a bar. It has lots of places to sit around and admire the views and the views are excellent. As stated the castle overlooks the house and it is a good landmark for everyone to see where you live as it can be seen from miles away.
Come along and have a look and get yourself a permanent great view, and high quality house.
