This house for sale in Spain is not for the faint hearted but you would need to work hard or get someone to do it. The house is situated near Almansa in Albacete region. It is an enormous project with a minimum of 14 bedrooms, although I did lose count, because many rooms could be bedrooms, sitting rooms, libraries etcetera.
Have a look at the video and give us some feedback. The quote to do it up nicely is around 150-200k Euros. Add this into the cost of the property and you will find that you cannot buy this if you only have a few thousand to spend. However your property investment after putting that money in would give a property that is easily worth around 1 million Euros which is not a bad return on investment in the current market and you could also make a good business in rural tourism, wedding receptions etc...
The area is very nice, lots of vineyards in this part of Spain, again a good way to attract visitors if you set up a rural hotel or related business. Just an hour and a half away from Valencia and an hour from Alicante and very near to Almansa which will have a stop on the high speed rail link from Madrid to Murcia it is well positioned yet quite set apart.
