I have a friend in Valencia who has just reduced his flat to 150k. It has been rented out for about a year and he recently added a third bedroom. It is a bright, charming, spacious, upper floor flat. Close to the beach and America's Cup marina, City of Sciences, city centre, and the new Formula 1 race track. The internationally famous Casa Montana restaurant is just 20 metres from doorstep offering the best tapas and wines in Valencia. The bus stop is around 100 metres away, the metro a short walking distance away. City centre 10-15 minutes by bus and about 20 on the tram.
