Sometimes you find an apartment so you just cannot sell so it gets ignored and never gets onto the site. Why might one not be able to sell it, price, location, construction quality... any number of reasons really. However, sometimes you get to see a property and you think "What a shame!" It has been ignored, underdeveloped, left to get dirty and generally unappreciated. Guess which category this falls into?
Let's just take a look at the basics shall we. This apartment in Valencia lies just a hundred metres or so away from the riverbed park near to the athletics stadium to the west of the city. It is in a well developed residential area with all facilities and shops to hand. The good thing about the property is its size, potential and price. The bad things... well where do you want me to start? It's dark (The blind cords have been cut and don't lift), it's dirty (Though the owner has assured me she has been in and cleaned up since the photos were taken), it hasn't got a lift (Although the neighbours' committee are looking into the possibility of installing a lift at the moment because there is space to do so.), and there are two collections there, Real Madrid keyrings and as if that wasn't bad enough, dolls, the type of dolls that you imagine coming to life and committing mass murder in something that would be described in the news as a "spree" or "rampage".
So can you get your head past the disadvantages, can you imagine what you can do with the acres of space, can you imagine yourself either living here or renting it out to tenants? Asking price of 96000 Euros but I believe you will be able to get it around the 80k mark.
