In 2011 we gave an iPad away to all people who bought a property from Valencia Property, except to those who already had one. Next year we have decided to change the offer. In view of the fact that Valencia now has its own Apple Store (On the corner of Calle Colón and Calle Lauria in the centre in case you didn't know) you can now get there to get your own iPad and enjoy the experience of buying and using it. This year the change of offer involves three things. 1) We still want you to be able to read all our books and follow our blog to recommend us to your friends so we have changed the offer to the all new Kindle Fire. Currently we need to import these from the States but they are an excellent addition to the tablet stable.

2) We have a long term relationship with the Malima school at Gouria in Cameroon. In the past we have paid for the village to bring electricity in and also we sponsor various children through their schooling in Gouria. Therefore we now want to sponsor a child in your name and we will pay for the first year's sponsorship for you. During the year you will receive regular newsletters and information about how your sponsorship is helping that particular child. (If you have no intention of buying property but want to help out with this amazing scheme then get along to the page for the Malima school. All we ask to take advantage of this is that you continue the sponsorship please through the school life of the children we manage to help out in this way.

3) We are in the process of arranging a special meal for anyone who buys a property this year for their first visit or when they settle here which will be in a local restaurant in Valencia for people buying here or in a restaurant local to where you purchase in other parts of Spain. More details to follow once we have the deal in place. We are also hoping to arrange a package of discount vouchers and more for attractions around Spain with specific focus on Valencia.
