Sold, sold, sold, sold, sold, sold...

Sold, sold, sold, sold, sold, sold and a long etcetera. I go away for a week and a half and all hell breaks loose. If anyone thinks that the Spanish property market is dead then they should have been in Valencia last week. I wasn't. I was on holiday. So this is sold And so is this And this And then this. Then a load of properties in the beach area of Valencia, take a look at the link here and scroll through. Those you like may be gone. So don't expect properties to stay on sale forever. If you are looking to come over soon then you may be ok but if you send me a mail saying you a very interested in a property and you will be over in November to see it, then expect something similar maybe but not the exact same property. It might well be sold. Oh and I may go away a lot more often if properties sell at this rate while I am away :-)
