Apartment Real Estate 101. You can change the decor and distribution, but you can't change the location, size or orientation. Say for example you had a 144m2 apartment, on the fifth floor of a building just a hundred metres from the riverbed park, near the botanical gardens and Turia metro stop and just 10 minutes walk from the city centre.

It currently has 4 bedrooms, and it spans the building, so opens to the east and to the west, with the great light and air flow that this means. And of course you can redistribute as you like as long as you don't knock down a pillar and bring the whole building down on yourself (that bit's important, it might be in the exam).

Clearly this place needs a bit of a makeover, but as we said, the decor can be changed. I guarantee you this is one of those apartments that people will walk into when you're finished with it and say its amazing, how did you find it, and you'll say easy, I graduated Apartment Real Estate 101.
