A question I get asked quite a lot by visiting clients is which neighbourhood I would choose to buy in right now. And my answer is always the Arrancapins area. Walking distance to the main city centre, close to both the Parc Central and the Turia riverbed park, plenty of public transport options and there is a really lively neighbourhood atmosphere on the streets as you walk through with plenty bar filled plazas and pedestrian kid-friendly zones (Bar El Globo overlooking the famous Finca Roja being my current favourite). If I had to describe it I would say it’s a mix of Gran Via without the ostentation and Russafa without the hipster vibe. For these reasons, both local and foreign buyers have been piling in here over the last few years.

Prices are still relatively affordable here compared to the more ballyhooed areas mentioned above, but they are creeping up all the same as in much of the city. And that’s what makes today's property all the more appealing; a 10th-floor (meaning top views) attic with a 50m terrace for under 250k is a hard find in any area in the city centre these days but to have one here and only needing a little TLC to modernise it makes this one a bit of a bargain if you ask me.

There’s not a lot to think about here, super location, great price, terrace, views…. so, what’s keeping you?
