Where would you buy? Is a question we are often asked and my answer is usually “Well its a lifestyle option, it depends on what you want and also if you are looking to spend just a few weeks here or establish a home” then I ramble on a bit, then I go off on a tangent and talk about a restaurant or next weekends wine fair or some other fascinating piece of useless information, lets call it freestyle flow, we’re quite good at it and every now and again we say something interesting.

I also usually say I really like Petxina, a typically traditional Valencian barrio, perfect for its proximity to the Turia River Gardens, the Botanic, Ciutat Vella, obviously theres some great places to dine out, including my favourite restaurant in Valencia,(ask me when you get here) ) just up the road is the Sports Complex, and its on the Number 5 Metro line so trips to the airport and the beach are covered, phew, lets take a look at the property.

This huge apartment with excellent distribution consists of large living room, open plan kitchen, useful utility laundry room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, provides plenty of light and unusually in Valencia, a great open view over some trees, park and local school, there’s also a shedload of furniture, pictures and stuff in the photos but its now been emptied so you can see its full potential.
