In the features for this property we include security alarm. How do I know it has one.... well I was given the keys to this place to go and take photos and add a virtual tour but nobody bothered to tell me it had an alarm and give me the code to turn the damn thing off. Oh boy was it loud.

Anyway, this four bedroom house in Olocau has plenty of potential but it is currently a bit of a wreck. It has double glazing except in the living room where somebody has very kindly removed the windows. The paellero looks like it has been used for growing marijuana (Foil all over the walls), somebody has actually stolen the fireplace which is a bit mad and it has the look of an abandoned building... not to mention that rather overgrown garden.

However, the fact is that most of the issues or cosmetic or won't cost much to remedy. The base of the house is solid and it stands on a large plot which with a bit of work could look very attractive. The rear garden has a large pool which looks to have all tiling intact, there is a lovely shaded terrace overlooking the pool leading out from the kitchen, there are two bathrooms which are both untouched i.e, nobody has stolen the fixtures and fittings (Why would you steal a fireplace but not bathroom fittings by the way?) and there is a large open terrace above with mountain and countryside views. The best part though is the glass brick staircase which bathes the landing and hall in light at all times of the day.

All in all an excellent property suffering from abandonment. It could be your perfect bargain at this price.
