Obviously double glazed with high quality new windows and doors, excellent lighting, plenty of electric points, air conditioning and filtering downstairs and just a five minute stroll down to the metro station from where you are in Central Valencia in around 15-20 minutes.

You won't find anything even close to this quality at this price in the city and Godella is a cool place to live. The town's name is believed to derive from the Latin "Gaudella", meaning "small joy" or "pleasant place" and this house is a small joy that you could live in now... but you'll have to be quick.
