Every Autumn we get an influx of Valencia Property for sale after the long, hot summer. There are two reasons for this; one, some people realise they haven't used their summer house again and therefore put it up for sale and two, we go out and get more properties deliberately because we are running low on stock after the sales of the first half of the year. We have been putting up properties inside Valencia City and outside in the towns and villages over the weekend and we have got some doozies at prices ranging from first time buyer to "I just happen to have seven figures waiting to buy in Valencia". You can also find really good value apartments in the towns around Valencia and this apartment for sale in Ribarroja offers excellent value at 79,000 Euros. Back in the city we really like this apartment for sale in Patraix, about a fifteen minute walk from the centre. Two bedrooms and a negotiable price make it really good value and as it overlooks a park and is well positioned near to public transport it's a great buy.

Everyone loves Ruzafa right? Well that's true but if you are just a couple of hundred yards or so away from Ruzafa on Dr Waksman you get a lot more for your money. This four bedroomed apartment on Dr Waksman would be much more than the 149k the owners are asking for it if it were in Ruzafa.

As readers of this blog will already know we love Olocau and when we get a decent property in Olocau it often sells quickly as others love it too. This five bedroomed property in Olocau offers excellent value for money and a huge plot but please, paint it!

As a comparison for the same price we have this well presented house in Cheste that doesn't need a paint. Three bedrooms, good sized pool, excellently maintained gardens and a lovely barbecue area make this a great place to live in.

And finally for now we take a little jump in price to the seven figures quoted earlier. Just two properties to show that we think are great lookers as we don't want too much salivating over your keyboard. This beachside property in Valencia is 1.3 million Euros and has its own swimming pool if the Mediterranean isn't big enough for you. The only issue here is access because it rents out for 300 Euros per night pretty successfully and getting in is difficult therefore.

This rather spectacular modern villa in Betera has its own indoor pool and loads of light streaming in through the huge windows all over the house. It is set by the Escorpion golf course and is particularly fetching, but it should be at that price right!
