The Only Swimming Pool in Ruzafa?

OK, we know there is an indoor training pool for kids and a gym that has an indoor pool too but the only private swimming pool in Ruzafa that we can find is here. It's contained in a ground floor apartment with two very separate areas. At the front is the living area of the house containing the kitchen, dining area and living room. From there you go through a set of double doors to the interior patio which contains the pool and outdoor seated areas. On the other side overlooking the pool is the huge main bedroom and bathroom, which also has an office space and dressing room. To the right of the patio is a corridor which leads to the rear part of the house where you find the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Being in this property is like having your own little oasis in Ruzafa. 

A Country House Surrounded by Orange Groves?

When you ally a pretty special property to an owner who wants to sell and therefore drops the price to a quite frankly ridiculously low price then you get something special and tempting.  The price has been reduced to 450k Euros which isn't bad for 6000m2 of land, mostly orange groves and a six bedroom house. The house is pretty impressive too although it may seem a little different to the photos as it has just been painted too. Just five minutes away from Betera and twenty minutes from Valencia and the airport this is a pretty special place. 

Three Apartments For Renting Out Together

First floor, second floor and third floor together. If you want to live in a place yourself and look after a couple of rental flats either upstairs or downstairs then take a look at this in Ruzafa.  The lower floor has very low ceilings and is classed as an office. You wouldn't get a habitability certificate for it. However you are ok with the higher floors. I am pretty sure that for around 500k you could get all three (Current prices 149k, 215k and 215k) 

A Palace in the Centre of Valencia
