Here at Valencia Property we have been getting ever more busy since the summer ended and we could finally get the kids back to school. August is always a quiet month as getting anything done in Valencia is difficult at this time but September arrived with a slew of clients, agreed deals and visits meaning that our summer plans were put on the backburner by the sheer quantity of work. However now we can announce our new area of operation, Denia. Over the next weeks and months we will be building up our portfolio of properties in and around Denia. Denia is a coastal town about an hour and a half south of Valencia well known for its excellent climate, ferry to the Balearic Islands, superb Marina and beaches and a high quality of life including some brilliant shopping. Richard and Maya have been in Denia for close on ten years now and have oodles of experience in the area for you to take advantage of.
