Naquera Properties Sparkle in November Sunshine

We are well into November now and the lovely sunshine in Valencia continues to be a feature of our lives. October had a couple of grey weeks but November has been wonderful so far. Because of this we were invited to go and take some videos at a couple of our favourite houses for sale in Naquera. They are both pretty spectacular in their own ways. The first property for sale in Naquera has probably the best views of any house in Naquera and probably the deepest pool too! It stands on an enormous plot on many levels and has a tennis court and is effectively two properties thanks to the downstairs part being totally separate from the upstairs part. Three bedrooms upstairs and four below, two of which are completely separate with their own bathrooms if you want to do rentals. I'll let the video do the rest of the talking

The second one is just a hell of a lot of house for your money. Great outside space, an orange grove, plenty of bedrooms and a couple of living rooms. Outside kitchen with covered terrace, good sized pool and all on an estate with social club and sports centre. Again take a look at the video, not at all bad at 295000 Euros.
