Great Value 10 Minutes From Valencia Centre By Metro

Just like in any city, Valencia has areas that are more expensive and areas that are much cheaper. Some of the cheaper areas have no rhyme or reason about why they are cheap compared with others. We have talked before on these pages about the beach area of Valencia being unbelievable value for money, prices there are rising now so get in quickly if you are interested. However there are other areas that are almost criminally underpriced for what you can get for your money. Lots of our clients are looking for similar properties in Valencia, at least two bedrooms, modernised and ready to move in and most importantly good outside space. The latter is the difficult one as it limits people to first floor apartments with space at the back or penthouse apartments and both of them attract premium prices. Therefore, when properties come on the market that tick the boxes and also are at a decent price then we tend to sit up and take notice. Today we are highlighting two properties that have come onto the market this week and both offer amazing value for money just ten minutes from the centre of Valencia but in two very different areas. Firstly, we are going to look at one of our favourite areas, the Cabanyal, and then an area that is massively undervalued, Benimamet. In the Cabanyal we have this excellent first floor apartment just a ten minute stroll to the beach and a couple of minutes away from the Cabanyal market. Our next area is the massively undervalued Benimamet. It is right on the edge of the city just a quick ten minute metro ride into the centre. The apartment is two minutes away from the metro station in Benimamet itself and just 7 minutes walk to the trade fair, making it an excellent flat to use for rentals for all of the trade fairs that go on there all year.  It's a third floor penthouse apartment without a lift but easy steps. And when you get upstairs it is certainly worth it. Two bedrooms, bathroom, large open plan living room and kitchen leading out to a 16m2 terrace with rooftop views and morning sunshine. And here's the thing. These properties are superb value because they are not in the "in demand" areas. However public transport gets you to those areas in just ten minutes, they are quieter in general and there is more space because there is less competition for space. When you compare the prices and facilities in these places with the most in demand areas it makes a lot of sense especially if you are on a budget. Outside space like this doesn't usually come this cheap and both properties are excellently modernised, well communicated and ready to move in fully furnished.
