Some Rather Good Looking Property in Valencia City

It looks like Valencia will be featured in the Sunday Telegraph next week and the newspaper had a wide range of property to select to feature in the article. Today we look at some of the best looking apartments in the city at a range of prices and give you the links to see them.  Firstly, if you are looking in the price range around 500k we have two large open plan places both with a good sized outside space that is always welcome thanks to the enviable climate of Valencia.  This property in the Carmen area of Valencia is decorated with style and the artwork sets it off in a lovely way. Priced at just under 500k for 270m2 plus terrace it is unusual to find such large open spaces and outside space in central Valencia. See the photos here.

  This outstanding attic is priced at 625k and we have to say it has one of the most outstanding terraces seen in central Valencia for some time. Take a look at the whole description and photos here.

  Moving to the lower price ranges we always like Bespoke Valencia Properties that have been modernized and furnished completely. Next week we will have our latest Bespoke Valencia Property in the ever improving Cabanyal area of the city priced just under 100k. A two bedroom, two bathroom place with a large, airy, inviting living area and set just 500m away from the beach on one of the most visually attractive streets in the area, Calle Rosario. The photo below is of the last stages of the modernization before furnishing and decorative touches are added. We have already had one client make two visits to the property before it is even ready. Not on the site yet but I will update the post when it is uploaded.

  The most popular property in the last week or so for enquiries is this one uploaded just a few days ago. Again, in the Cabanyal area and second floor without lift it is worth the walk up.   And finally for today another property with an amazing number of enquiries in the last week or so. This two bedroom duplex apartment on the edge of the city by the trade fair with excellent communications into the city had a large and inviting sunny terrace and is away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre itself.
