Sometimes there is huge value in certain properties that while not being visually stunning will provide one of two things for you: 1) An excellent rental return 2) A great lock up and leave bolthole for your property abroad in a vibrant city. So what do you want from a property like this one. Would you prefer to buy it and then rent it out getting a return over 10% per year (Try getting that in a bank) Or would you simply buy it and use it every now and again for your own visits, for your family to have somewhere to visit too for cheap foreign holidays and to potentially have a capital gain in the future on selling it on because honestly the price won't go any lower, it can't surely.
