I am not ignoring it.
It is just that the blog, the website, the Facebook page and the Twitter accounts and other social media avenues are being so successful that I have a lot of clients. This means of course that I have less time to actually write on the blog. This post for example is actually done using Dragon dictation on the iPad because I thought it would be quicker to actually write it by talking and then just correcting the mistakes and adding in the links.
So what's new this week for here? Well we have a lot of new properties on the site and we have some other properties now ready to go on the site but I am having time problems to get them on there.
Take a look at the Valencia city properties. There are two new properties at the top of the page. The first is an attic which is €240,000 that is very good. The second is a flat overlooking the river bed for €135,000. However that one is already sold.
One thing I really like is to keep the quality control of the properties that go onto the Valencia Property site. Therefore often the property is sold very quickly sometimes even on the first visit. One of the properties sold at the weekend didn't even get onto the site. Before I had a chance to take pictures I had sold it.
The usual process for getting your property on the site is as follows.
1) I notice it for sale or somebody phones me up and mentions they have a property for sale.
2) I go to take photos or I get the owner to send me photos and the description.
3) I put the property on to the Facebook page and onto the homepage of Valencia property.
4) I send the property on to the various social media sites and also to the other places that we promote the properties.
5) I sell the property hopefully
If you have a property that you want to sell then feel free to get in touch. However remember that if I think it is overpriced then it won't get onto the site. If you want to buy then just look through the website and choose your property. There is almost bound to be something you like there and if not then tell me what you want and I will find it.
