I actually tweeted this earlier today on my grahunt account. You decide.

Nobody is actually going to believe me when I say this but Spanish Property is selling so quickly I can hardly keep up. And it's August!!

The evidence, seven houses for sale in Spain sold off my site in the last week and a half. The problem. I didn't sell them. I had lots of clients wanting to see them and couldn't take them to see the properties. I had to see some others of course.

What does this mean? If the price is right and the location is good then the property sells. Forget what the press and the stats tell you. I have very high standards for properties to get on my site and obviously this is working because the properties are selling, and very close to or at asking price. And no I am not talking the market up or saying that this is the start of the rebound and prices are going to go up or any rubbish you might hear like that. Just simply put property that is priced right has buyers.
