Another Which Spanish Property Would You Choose?

Last Saturday I took some clients out to see a lot of Spanish properties again. That's what I do of course. This time the issue was the purchase of a Spanish Property in Valencia for a client moving to Spain to work at the Ford factory. (Don't be surprised Ford have announced a huge new investment in the Valencia plant to build the new Ford Kuga (Or Cougar))

Now the work will be on a contract basis for a couple of months here and there, with periods of non use. Therefore I have made a suggestion that rather than a house with its own garden they should get a house with a shared garden or even a flat in a town as the lifestyle issue predominates over all, when the client comes over they do not want to have to spend all of their time doing the garden. However, that can be sorted of course by contracting a gardener and pool maintenance person for when the property is not occupied. Therefore what would you suggest for a client with those circumstances? An apartment in a small town with everything going on around, a house with a shared garden looked after in your absence or a house with its own garden and pool and contracting a gardener? Interesting proposition. Related reading 1) Which One Would You Choose? 2) There Goes The Neighbourhood 3) Pedralba House For Sale. This is Gorgeous 4) Great Location in La Eliana
