What Do You Think Will Happen In 2011?

If you are interested in Spain and the Spanish property market you will be interested in what is going to happen in 2011 of course, especially if you are thinking of buying, or selling your property. I have written about what I think will happen and given an overview of what has happened in 2010 on our Facebook page with a full report. Get over there and download it if you haven't done so already. However, I am interested to hear what you think about the possibilities for both the Spanish and European property markets in 2011. Are you one of the Cassandras expecting the roof to metaphorically fall in or do you see greater hope for the markets as prices fall and, possibly, banks lending criteria open up to new lending? Can properties like the one below tempt you into buying a Spanish property in 2011 as the distressed property market hots up even further or will you sit and wait and wait and wait until prices hit absolute rock bottom and the bargains are possibly no longer around?
