Every year we get to this time and I have a revelation. We put the heating on at night a few days ago having acclimatized long ago to the Spanish weather it now felt cold in the house at night. However it wasn't.
I was looking at the temperatures and it was actually 12 degrees that night outside which compared well with Liverpool where my daughter is at the moment where the temperatures reached 11 degrees during the day but it didn't feel that way because there were storms with wind so strong that she had to get a taxi back for the five minutes walk to her flat from the town because she couldn't walk against the wind.
I am writing this outside. Typing in the sun on the iPad, shaded a bit because of the reflections and the temperature is 24 degrees. People are sitting around having coffees, shopping, and generally liking life despite the crisis. What's my point here though? Well if you can manage to live in Spain because of your work not depending on location, your pension allowing you to live here or your desire to start up something new not seen in Spain before or replicate an existing business model that works then this could be a good time to start thinking about it.
Remember that we have produced a book aimed at helping those who want to come and live in Spain, although it is valid for most parts of the world. Check out The Secrets to Working and Making a Living in Spain and buy the book. We will then teach you how to start up small and grow a business on or offline with the basic fundamentals and then much much more. Remember check out www.workinspain.co
In our short time on the planet we shouldn't be constantly thinking about depressing weather, wars, x-factor and other things that depress us. Even many of those people who came over to Spain in the boom and have moved back still wish they could have found a way of staying. Do you want to come to live in Spain.
