I know Mazarron Playa well and I know Isla Plana even better. My inlaws used to winter there for years and we had lots of visits enjoying its microclimate and i even ventured into the sea a few times in November and February, if I can anyone can by the way! I have mentioned before in these pages that very rarely we see a good deal coming out from a bank as they overlent in the past and they are trying to recover the money they originally lent before the Bank of Spain forces them to take a hit. However we have a great deal here that I do think is worth it. We have a completed project in Murcia with just a few units left at almost half price. The original price of these units was 240000 Euros and now they are being sold off at between 129-149000 Units to finish off the sales process. Here is the really good part. The bank are financing at 105% of cost to qualified buyers. And you want it even better? Three years interest only mortgage on the deal at 2% meaning that for 3 years you pay around  300 Euros per month to buy a place. These are not tiny apartments either. They are two bedroomed, one bathroom properties with a large terrace overlooking the Bay of Mazarron just 500m from the beach.
