And Sometimes I Despair Of Spanish Banks Too

What spanish people have for entertainment.

As a follow up to my story on here a few days ago about why I sometimes despair of sellers of Spanish property I thought today it was time to tell the story of the Spanish banks too, and the Poster is because they were always seen as the biggest Pirhanas. Now Spanish banks had a very easy time in the decade leading up to the property crash and because of this they maybe got a bit too confident in their own power. The chickens are coming home to roost now though as they are trying to get rid of the properties they have repossessed. However it is my considered opinion that they are no doing it too well. In the following video here I talk about a specific bank, the CAM and how their efforts to sell their repossessed properties are doomed to fail because they have a system in place that is labyrinthine in its complexity, so much so that even the employees in the offices are unable to find out information about the properties that they have supposedly for sale. Forgive me if I am wrong but I think that when someone walks into your office and is a potential hot lead that you should be able to give them some information about the properties that you want to sell to them. Anyway check out the video and comment here about what you think. If you want more information about the sales of properties by Spanish banks then get in touch because I might just be able to guide you through the mess that they have created, and then again I might not.
