We have a great property on the Valencia Property site which is getting lots of attention and has a list of potential buyers coming over to see it. However now they probably will not be able to go and see it because of the avarice of the owners. Have a look at the video below to see it. A sale was agreed on the property for sale in Chiva about a month ago with a buyer who offered 165000 Euros even though it is priced at 180k. Now the owners have phoned me to increase the price to 210k so guess what, it may well be coming off the site depending on you. What were their reasons for putting the price up? 1) It is worth much more! (Erm no it isn't. If it had a legal pool and garage it might be sellable at the asking price of 180k which isn't bad but otherwise no) 2) We have put more money than the asking price into it. (Well of course, they overpaid for it in 2008 and then got ripped off by builders to the point of taking the mickey.) 3) The Market is getting better and prices are rising.  (Yes it is but no they aren't. The market has definitely perked up in the last six to eight months but that is for properties priced correctly. Overpriced property will sit on the market forever. So I am going to put it to a public vote. If you think that it is worth keeping on the site at the new price then write it in the comments below. How would you react to this?
