Montroy and Real De Montroy are twin towns with surrounding estates. The area lies to the south west of Valencia and is around a half hour away from the city and airport.
One big issue with Montroy is the preponderence of illegal property that was built during the boom. We avoid selling property on certain areas of Montroy due to the dubious nature of its legality. However once you have found legal property in the area there is a good selection of villas and chalets in and around the towns with some townhouses too at times at good prices.
